What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. The returned item/s’ must have original packaging and be unused with no damage. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. 

When can I expect my order?

Orders are processed between 2-3 business days with additional time in transit. 

For questions between the time your order is placed and receipt of your tracking number, please contact us. 

We will try to get your package to you as quickly as possible! Please note that once we ship out your order, it is in the carrier’s hands. If you have any questions or concerns about how long your order is taking to be delivered, reach out and we will take care of it for you. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. Sale items are an exception and cannot be canceled after the order is placed. 

Can I ship to more than one address?

Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. 

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO Box at this time. 

What if my order arrived damaged?

If an item arrived damaged, please take a photo and submit a damage claim within 5 days of receiving your order. You can email us at info@ecohippieco.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Please select your country at checkout and see available options.

How will my items be shipped?

Plastic Free Baby!!! We use compostable mailers for soft goods and cardboard boxes for bigger and fragile items are shipped in a box.
